    Help Wanted - I Applied for 300 Jobs (Still Didn't Hear from McDonald's)

    Esquire’s guy applied for more than three hundred over several weeks — and ended up with eight interviews.

    This makes me feel slightly better.

    My dad told me to apply to at least 10 places, and to consider myself lucky if 1 (or 10% call back.) They did. I didn’t get it…

    I guess this puts things into better perspective.
