What is a good leader? Self-reliant. Knows what needs to be done and does it without being told. Looks forward to possible things (s)he might be asked to do, and does those too. Assists every other in situations where his/her expertise supercedes theirs on the spot and without complaint. Does not dump off easy jobs or frivolously ask for help simply because (s)he has the authority to do so. Leads by example, not by voice. Never agrees or disagrees with an idea simply because of who thought it. Is never fake.
